The historically outstanding constant of the via XXV Aprile facility is hot forging. Today there are more than 30 latest generation, electronically managed systems.

Bell presses: Power from 350 to 700 tons.

Horizontal coring presses: Power from 250 to 550 tons.

Vertical coring presses: also called forging machines. Power from 200 to 800 tons.

Screw presses: or fly presses. Power from 200 to 2500 tons.

With these different types of machinery it is possible to get products with a weight range starting from few grams up to 100 kilograms.

Hatebur presses: Totally automatic systems with induction heating. Hatebur pressing technology, affords production rates of around 10,000 pieces per hour. It is unique and especially suitable for simple geometric parts such as nuts, spheres and nipples; weights ranging from 17.5 to a maximum of 115 grams.
