Brawo S.p.A. has a surface treatment plant and machinery for cleaning using steel and brass-blasting, pickling and degreasing. Company qualified external suppliers provide treatments such as polishing, chroming, nickel plating, chemical nickel plating, diamond finishing, stainless steel cleaning, de-leading, and other customer required treatments.

For heat treatments Brawo S.p.A. has its own furnace for normalization and annealing. For annealing the CW602N UNI EN 12165 dezincification resistant alloy in particular, Brawo S.p.A. has developed and consolidated a process delivering maximum dezincification resistant alloy. It is managed by dedicated software, monitored by thermocouples and graphically recorded.
